Stuart Crossen

Stuart is a Principal Consultant at Hyas. Stuart has over 15 years’ experience in both public and private sector roles, including local plans, managing specialist teams and leading on complex projects. He has also been an expert witness at local plan inquiries, led on planning appeals and has also worked as a planning inspector. He brings his extensive knowledge of working with elected members and senior officers to the team where it is expected that he will be involved in a variety of projects across the country.
