Julian is an Associate Director of Hyas Associates, having previously worked for 5 years in the Midlands Planning and Economics team of Ove Arup & Partners and prior to that as a member of the Advisory Team for Large Applications where he was responsible for coordinating the Midlands team.
Julian is a Chartered Town Planner with over 25 years experience in public and private sector roles including Associate with Ove Arup & Partners, part of the ATLAS leadership team and Head of Development Management in local government. In these roles, he has led various major projects with an emphasis on public sector roles and outcomes, development management, decision making and outcomes, planning policy and place making.
Currently working for Hyas continuing to support the delivery of large scale, housing led developments through the planning and masterplanning process.
