Luke is a Chartered Town Planner with over 17 years' experience, having worked on a wide range of sites and development proposals across the country. He has led the delivery of successful planning applications and strategic land promotion objectives for projects in the residential, commercial, education, healthcare, and defence sectors. Luke's experience in devising and implementing planning strategies to take forward schemes has led to securing planning permission for new homes and other projects, navigating the complexities of development implementation, viability, and feasibility in the context of CIL and S106 regimes.
He has led strategic land projects including new urban extensions, land promotion, and engagement with the local plan examination processes. Luke is also experienced in negotiation and consultation with local planning authorities, statutory consultees, local communities, and other key stakeholders.
