We are excited to announce that Hyas Associates Ltd has become a 100% employee-owned company, with the shares held in Trust for the benefit of all current and future employees.
Since its founding in 2017, Hyas Associates Ltd has quickly established itself as a trusted advisor to Local Authorities and the private sector, particularly in relation to supporting strategic projects move successfully through the planning system. The team has established a strong reputation and track record, and a unique ‘collaborative’ project focused approach, with a wide portfolio of projects and clients nationwide.
The move to employee ownership is wholly aligned with and strengthens the culture and values of the business. It enables all employees to have a more direct role in how the business moves forward and share in future performance and success. The employee ownership model will maintain the integrity and independence of the business for the long term.

As and employee owned company, there is a requirement to appoint an Employee Representative. The team nominated Clare Manders to the role and she will work closely with the Company Directors, in liaison with staff to influence future directions and growth.
