Paul Brockway

Paul is a Founding Director of Hyas, establishing the company with colleagues some 9 years ago.  Paul is a Chartered Town Planner with almost 30 years overall experience principally spent working in the private sector where he focussed on leading, promoting, managing and delivering large scale residential, commercial, employment, retail and estate portfolio development through the planning system. Prior to establishing Hyas, Pauls worked for 10 years as part of the Advisory Team for Large Applications delivered by Homes England and its predecessor bodies.

Paul is currently leading a number of high-profile Hyas projects, including the development of garden communities and strategic sites and major infrastructure.

 

Paul has particular skills in identifying and brokering solutions to large scale and strategic planning and infrastructure delivery issues and to navigating the related planning policy creation and development management processes. Paul has particular knowledge and skills in project management, delivering large scale development programmes, projects and masterplans; engagement; brokerage, infrastructure planning and delivery.
