It’s now been 12 months since Hyas Associates transitioned to an Employee Owned Trust (EOT)-a milestone that marked a new chapter in how we operate, grow, and support one another.

With the publication of the New Towns Task Force report and accompanying Government Response, we examine some of the key challenges to delivery that will need to be addressed in this ambitious new Programme and how the Government are looking to respond.
