Welcome Luke!

We’re delighted to welcome Luke Challenger to Hyas as our new Associate Director! 

Luke joined us earlier this month, bringing over 17 years of experience as a Chartered Town Planner, having worked across a diverse range of sites and development proposals nationwide. 

He has a strong track record in shaping and delivering successful planning applications and strategic land promotion objectives. Luke led significant strategic land projects, including new urban extensions and land promotion initiatives, and has been closely involved in local plan examination processes. His collaborative approach and experience working with local planning authorities, statutory consultees, communities, and key stakeholders make him a fantastic addition to our team.
