It’s now been 12 months since Hyas Associates transitioned to an Employee Owned Trust (EOT)-a milestone that marked a new chapter in how we operate, grow, and support one another.

The Hyas team spent another rewarding day volunteering at Thrive’s Birmingham centre.

Every year we try to carve out a bit of time to step away from our desks, spend some proper time together, and explore places that are shaping up cross the country. This year we headed to Lichfield for a couple of days of site visits, fresh air and sun.
