Day 1 – Bath team away

Every year we take a couple of days out as a team to visit places, learn from live projects, and spend some time together outside the office. This year we headed to Bath.

We started at Mulberry Park, looking at how the early visioning and masterplanning has taken shape on the ground, from the neighbourhood layout to the community hub and wider public realm. Lots of good discussion about delivery, stewardship and what makes these places work in practice.

After our team session, we checked in and headed out for dinner and a few drinks. A relaxed evening and a nice chance to catch up properly as a team!

Day 2 – Bath team away

Day two began with a few very committed morning runners before we walked over to Bath Western Riverside. It’s a fascinating scheme to see in person … ambitious, complex, and still evolving. Plenty to take away about design quality, phasing, and how long-term regeneration shifts over time.

We finished with a wander through some of Bath’s historic streets and parks before heading home. 

A really valuable mix of learning, fresh air and time together as a team!
