North Northants new comission

Hyas Associates are delighted to have been appointed by North Northamptonshire Council to undertake a strategic review of the area’s Garden Community sites, supporting the preparation of the new Local Plan.

Our work is currently focused on the baseline and engagement stage, where we’re building an honest and practical picture of where each site currently stands. This includes engaging with key stakeholders and reviewing available evidence to understand the opportunities and challenges across the sites.

The insights we gather will inform a wider set of conclusions around delivery potential and strategic planning implications, helping the Council shape a robust and forward-looking Local Plan.

We’re proud to support North Northamptonshire in this important phase of developing their local plan and the strategy within it and to bring our experience and collaborative ethos to a project that will help shape the future of the area.
