Lucie is a Consultant Town Planner and has recently completed an MSc in Urban Design and International Planning at the University of Manchester. Previous to her recent academic spell, Lucie gained 4 years’ experience with Buckinghamshire Council (previously Aylesbury Vale District Council) in their Planning Policy team, helping to get the Vale of Aylesbury Local Plan successfully adopted and co-leading the project management of a design guide SPD.
She has experience in local plan examination, digital public consultation, policy drafting and modification, design guide production, housing land supply calculation and monitoring, and planning appeals. Lucie is based in Manchester and will be working across a range of Hyas projects, combining her planning policy and urban design skills to support our clients.
