We’re pleased to announce that Olivia Griffin has joined Hyas Associates a Graduate Planner.
Hyas recently set up an office base in the STEAMhouse Business Incubator support hub – which is based at Birmingham City University (BCU).
As part of looking for a new Graduate Planner, Hyas worked with BCU and were delighted that a recent graduate from the BCU’s Property Development and Planning course successfully applied for the role.
The successful graduate is Olivia Griffin, who is looking forward to pursuing one of her favourite areas of study in a work setting.

Buoyed by the positive relationships Hyas Associates have formed since joining STEAMhouse, Hyas will continue to explore further positive links with the University, such as through professional networking/guest speaker events that will be held at STEAMhouse later in 2022 and into 2023. Hyas also intend to offer opportunities for students to become involved, to develop their understanding of the profession and benefit from networking opportunities.
