Hyas Associates have been appointed to carry out an update to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council’s Infrastructure Delivery Study. Working alongside Richard Wood Associates and Fore Consulting we are building a refreshed infrastructure schedule to support the Council’s Local Plan update.

The approach involves engaging with a variety of infrastructure providers using new forms of participative engagement due to Covid-19 and the restrictions on face-to-face interactions. This includes a series of themed web-based review and check and challenge sessions, together with research and analysis of needs relating to future growth infrastructure needs.
